We were in a peaceful and easy location within a close distance from Musee st Leger Museum...

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectations. All in all everything was excellent, had a comfortable stay for service and actual food. The beds were very comfy, room was good-sized and air conditioned.

The staff - some of them were not polite.

Stayed for 2 nights including a visit to Disneyland Paris. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the town center and has free onsite parking. Opted for a deluxe room with a terrace area. Spacious modern room with a lovely, large comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection including scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. Great atmosphere in the bar in the evening, nice to sit outside for a late drink. friendly and helpful staff with a good understanding of English. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our perfectly pleasant stay there a lot. Many things to mention - everything was clean, excellent food, delightful views. We ate at a very nice restaurant for dinner. And it was great modern with a comfortable bed like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was helpful and caring. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from Monument Guy de Lubersac.

Excelent, every thing was perfect.

After arrival we realized that the light in the separate toilet was out of order - pitch dark if you close the door as well as the fridge in the room didn't work. We complained at the receptionist. Three hours later, nothing was done - she had to ask our room number when we brought it under her attention again. The light was then fixed but we were told that the fridge can not be fixed. We requested another room since the wi-fi in the room didn't work also unless you stand in the corner at the door (very uncomfortable to work on an ipad standing in a corner). The answer was "No" without an explanation even though we had one of the best rooms in the hotel, an executive room. We checked out that evening and still no apology. Will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Great location, close to town center and amenities. Exceptional staff, fluent in English. Excellent service, including arranging last minute taxis. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Wonderful restaurant with vegan and vegetarian options available. Nice terrace for drinks outside. Staff training and professionalism appreciated.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a fan, air-conditioning, for example. The staff are very professional and caring and really care about the guests.

A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Attentive and caring staff and attention to detail. Location near the Cathédrale Saint-Gervais-et-Saint-Protais de Soissons as well as a brightly lit, wide boulevard with ample pedestrian crossings past the ruins of the Abbey of St Jean des Vignes.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, shops, and the beautiful Cathedral. Some rooms offer stunning views of the old Abbey and include a terrace. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, with ample storage and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and caring, providing excellent service. The breakfast is more substantial than the simple French petit déjeuner. Facilities include an underground car park and a spa with a pool, hot tub and hammam.

Some rooms may lack air conditioning, making summer stays uncomfortable.
